Photo File

Some of the recent (and not so recent) jobs I've completed.

If you skip down to the last three photo's, you will find the most recent Timber deck I built plus following that a block of 15 Units in Mooloolaba that I Painted externally.

Hope you like this "New Look" fence I built in November 2010

This great "Old Charmer" at Goondiwindi was quite a challenge. Both inside and out was painted after the house was cut in half and moved from in town out to this property. I won't mention the 28 Sash Windows

How about this wall (below) that I painted!

The right hand wall is the wall I painted. A friend of a friend painted the Mural. Doesn't it look great.

The property below was repainted and had the White Timber Slats added to the Gables which is a great feature.

The same property with the New Front Deck that runs from the front gate to the Entry door and across the front of the house also. There is another angle to this further down.

I repainted this lovely home, Fascia's, Post's and under the Eave's

The fabulous rear Veranda ceiling

and lastly the ceiling of the Carport.

Below are a Before & After shots of a Kitchen floor makeover.

Amazing the difference.

Built a Floor using Pine Sleepers then Assembled a 3.0 Metre by 2.350 Metre Garden Shed with Double doors. (Using Pine Sleepers enables the shed to be moved if need be.)

Recently built this small deck which runs across the front of the house from the Entry Deck to the Shower.

A small Pergola with a Fibre glass roof. (Gutter to come later) Shades the Unit from the harsh sun in the afternoons

Some sanding, replaced a couple of weathered Boards and 2 coats of paint and this grand old-timer has a new lease of life.

A recent Pergola Extension, note the lining to keep the heat out.

Here's a small deck that I built and Oiled for a new home recently.

The Timber is Ironbark (A hardwood species) with Cabot's Aquadeck "Natural" water based oil finish.

I repainted this older style "Fake Brick clad" house to give it an updated look.

It sold within 30 days of going on the market

Doesn't this Entrance to a house look good with the Stainless Steel wire Balustrade also makes the deck appear larger. The rear Deck looks great too. (PS> Cuts out all that painting.)

Reverse view of Hardwood Sleeper Steps from the House leading

up to the driveway and Garage.

View from the Driveway. This Sleeper Bridge spans a Rock gutter to divert rainwater away from the house.Every 2nd Sleeper has a LED Light at each end for use at night.

When it is  Landscaped it will look great!

Have you ever seen a Fish Tank hanging on a wall? Ocean Orthodontics at Kawana.

Sanded and Oiled,Timber Deck beside a pool.

This is Termite damage to a Tassy Oak Floor glued onto a Subfloor.

This is a new piece of Flooring fitted prior to sanding and finishing.

Fitted, sanded and with first coat of finish ready for the final coat..

A great little deck at the back door 4.5 x 3.5 metres

Just needs some finishing touches.

Two level deck at the Front door.

Check out this fabulous deck. Built on a Treated Hardwood sub frame and Spotted gum 140mm x 25mm (5.5"x1")Decking boards, Batten screwed down.

This is what it looked liked before;

The Fish Pond & Garden bed were Designed & built by the owner. (The owner also helped me to build this deck.)

3 story units at Mooloolaba that I recently painted.

Climbing the scafolding was fun!! Especially carrying a Roller Tray full of paint.

I had some help with this job as it was quite extensive.
